Lynda Gratton is a Professor of Management Practice at the London Business School, where she is Academic Co-Director of the SARI Foundation Institute for Work, Careers and Longevity. The Institute studies how longer working lives are changing work, careers and organisations, and how people and institutions can respond.
Her work explores the future of work, the changing relationship between people and organisations, and how we can build careers and lives that adapt to a changing world. She is an award-winning author of ten books, including the bestselling The 100-Year Life. Her books have sold over a million copies and have been translated into more than 20 languages.
